Motives by Loren Ridinger
Motives by Loren Ridinger is a company recently introduced to me, and i am happy to share that i am loving the products! apparently, the line has been reformulated and repackaged to take the brand to the next level-- all i can say is, great job!
all of the products i was given the opportunity to try have been very good to my skin and the makeup has delivered great pigment. i love the Pressed Eye Shadows-- they give intense, rich color (a little goes a long way!) that is easy to apply and blend, lasts all day and doesn't crease.
Motives Pressed Eye Shadows come in 47 shades. colors pictured clockwise from left: Foxy Brown, Pink Gold, Gunmetal and Purple Haze
Motives Pressed Pigment in Glow
also for eyes, Pressed Pigments are for adding dramatic color anywhere you want to add a bit of drama. a pop of color on the lids (or on the cheeks as i also tried it) really gives an all-out glam look.
the Luxe Creme Eye Shadows are award-winning, budge proof shadows that can be worn as natural or dramatic as you want them to be. the formula is so creamy and uber-blendable. i like to blend the one pictured above, called Metal, with other shadows to create more intense color, and it also works great for lining my eyes!
Motives blushes are available in 13 shades
i am really enjoying the color payoff and radiance of the blushes. Starlet, on the left, gives my cheeks a great burst of pink on my skin and Naughty, on the right, is a peachy-pink that looks subtle on me, and works great as a highlighting shade when i wear bronzer.
the best thing about the Lustrify Waterproof Mascara is not only that it volumizes, but it doesn't leave lashes feeling stiff and removes easily!
other products worth checking out are the Primer, Invis-Line, and Mineral Liquid Powder Foundation with SPF 15. the primer gives skin a smooth surface, helping makeup to last all day; Invisi-Line works amazingly for giving the skin around my eyes smooth finish, so when i apply powder to the area, it doesn't make me look older. last but not least, the Liquid Powder Foundation (available in 9 shades) glides on silky smooth, but has matte finish-- great for my oily skin!-- and the spf is a plus.
